立命館大学 教授・グローバル教養学部 副学部長

デザイン学、インタラクション・デザイン（IxD）、ヒューマン・コンピュータ・インタラクション（HCI）、美学、音楽アプリケーションの研究に取り組む。Association for Computing Machinery（ACM）、Asia Digital Art and Design Association（ADADA）、国際墨画会 会員。ACM Designing Interactive Systems、SIGGRAPH、CHI（Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems）、ADADAなどの国際会議、グラスゴー現代美術センター、国立新美術館（東京）などにおいて作品発表・研究発表を行う。近年は、日本での生活環境から影響を受け、美学理論に関する研究にも取り組んでいる。

Doing research in Design Studies, IxD/HCI, Aesthetics, and music applications. Member of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), Asia Digital Art and Design Association (ADADA), and the International Sumi-e Association. My work has been presented at ACM Designing Interactive Systems conference, SIGGRAPH, CHI (Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems), ADADA international conference, the Glasgow Centre for Contemporary Arts, and the National Art Centre in Tokyo. Inspired by the environment around me in Japan, I have turned my attention to aesthetic theories in recent years.
